Visiting hours
These rules serve to comply with applicable regulations and standards, protect the health and safety of visitors to recreational pools and swimming pools, and must be unconditionally observed by visitors.
By making a deposit, the visitor confirms that he/she has properly read the visitor regulations and agrees with their content.
Article 1 – Entry to the premises
- Use of the aqua center services is only permitted during operating hours with an active chip, which the visitor receives after paying the entrance fee and making a deposit at the reception.
- Chip distribution begins when the area opens and ends one hour before it closes.
- The last visitor will be admitted to the swimming pool and the Children's World pool at 7:45 PM and to the sauna at 7:30 PM.
- Before leaving the premises, the visitor must present the chip for settlement at the reception.
- By entering the swimming area, every visitor is obliged to comply with the provisions of these visitor regulations and follow the instructions of the aqua center employees.
- Children under 10 years of age are only allowed to enter the area when accompanied by an adult.
- Entry to the pool is only permitted in swimsuits or swimwear made of flexible, close-fitting material, or beach swimwear made of loose, non-absorbent material.
- Shorts, shorts, briefs and underwear are particularly unacceptable.
- For hygiene reasons, children of all ages are only allowed to enter the pool in swimsuits.
- When the pools or saunas are fully occupied, access will be closed; it will reopen once capacity is freed up.
- Entry into the swimming pool and other areas of the complex is prohibited to persons:
- affected by fever, conjunctivitis, skin or infectious diseases, parasites, rashes, diseases accompanied by discharge and bacilli carriers,
- quarantined due to infection, family members or household members in which a communicable disease has occurred and the patient is not isolated,
- intoxicated, drunk or under the influence of drugs,
- animals.
- Entry to the area is prohibited for children under 1 year of age based on Decree No. 238/2011 Coll.
- Children aged 1-3 years are only allowed in swimming suits with tight-fitting elastic around the legs or in diapers intended for swimming, unless otherwise specified by the operator.
Article 2 – Rights and obligations of visitors
- Every visitor is obliged to maintain personal cleanliness and maintain the cleanliness of all places and facilities in the swimming area, and to take care of their own safety and that of others in their actions.
- Before entering the pool, every visitor is required to wash with soap and take a proper shower without a swimsuit.
- The finder is obliged to hand in items found in the premises of the aqua center to the reception, where an entry will be made in the book of finds.
- Visitors can store money and valuables in safety deposit boxes located behind the reception desk next to the payment terminal.
- Visitors are obliged to take care of the aqua center's equipment and to cover any damage or losses that they cause to the area's equipment or to the property of other people.
- Visitors can submit requests and complaints regarding the operation or pool staff at the reception or directly to the operator.
- Leave the water areas and sauna areas 15 minutes before the end of operating hours:
- swimming pool and Children's World pool at 8:45 p.m.,
- saunas: leaving the sweat room at 8:30 PM and the relaxation room at 8:45 PM.
Article 3 – Prohibited activities on the premises
- behave in a manner that threatens safety and order,
- disturb the peace of other visitors,
- diving into each other, knocking and throwing others into the water, running on walkways, jumping from them and other risky places (water attractions),
- to call for help without cause,
- pollute water and other areas by spitting, throwing garbage, etc.,
- shave and cut your nails throughout the facility,
- smoking in the entire pool area,
- consume food and drinks in the pool area outside the wet bar area,
- enter the pool with chewing gum,
- bring glass objects and other objects that pose a threat to the safety of visitors into the premises,
- bring dogs or other animals into the premises,
- unauthorized use of rescue equipment and first aid items,
- enter in clothing that is not exclusively intended for swimming (clothing for instructors and employees is permitted),
- enter areas designated for staff or areas designated exclusively for the other sex without being accompanied by staff,
- bring inflatable rings and other inflatable objects, fins, balls and tennis balls into the pool (only inflatable sleeves and swimming goggles are allowed).
Article 4 – Water slide and water attractions
Riding the toboggan is governed by the operating rules located directly on the attraction.
- Children under 10 years of age can only go on the water slide when accompanied by an adult.
- All visitors are required to maintain social distancing according to the traffic lights, exercise increased caution, and respect the lifeguard's instructions and orders.
- The operation of the attractions in the children's and recreational pools (wild river, underwater massages, water spouts, etc.) is automatic - the attractions are only in operation for 40 minutes per hour.
- Be extra careful on attractions. Some attractions (water slides, slides) are not suitable for pregnant women.
- Immediately after finishing, it is necessary to leave the finish area.
Article 5 – Exclusion from visiting the premises
A visitor who, despite being warned, fails to comply with the provisions of these visitor regulations or disobeys the instructions of responsible staff, gets drunk, or behaves in any other inappropriate manner will be expelled from the premises without any right to a refund of the entrance fee.
If a visitor does not leave the premises when called upon in such cases, the responsible employee will request intervention from a member of the security agency or directly from the Municipal Police or the Police of the Czech Republic.
Article 6 – Camera system, operator liability and visitor injuries
Some areas of the aqua center are secured by a camera system. The camera system is set up solely to ensure the safety of visitors to the aqua center and to ensure the protection of property.
The operator of the aqua center is not responsible for items that visitors leave outside of lockers or safety deposit boxes.
In the event of an accident or other emergency, visitors shall immediately notify any employee of the aquacenter. A "Report on Reported Damage" will be drawn up about the received notification, which will state the circumstances under which the damage, injury to health and other facts decisive for assessing liability for the damage occurred. The record completed in this way shall be signed by the visitor and the operator's representative. The visitor is obliged to provide true and complete information necessary to identify his person.
The injury and the resulting damage must be reported on the day it occurred, if possible before the end of the validity of the purchased entry, so that the circumstances under which the damage to health occurred can be properly and promptly identified and investigated. The visitor to the aqua center undertakes to provide the operator with the cooperation necessary to identify all decisive facts necessary for assessing liability for the damage caused.
The operator of the aqua center is not responsible for properly determining the relevant facts if the damage to health was not reported in accordance with the previous sentences or the visitor failed to fulfill his obligation to provide the necessary cooperation.
Safety notice
- Do not leave your belongings unattended unnecessarily.
- Use safety deposit boxes to store valuables.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and order.
- Visitors who intentionally and knowingly pollute the water or outdoor sunbathing areas will be removed from the swimming pool.
