Swimming lessons for children
Our swimming courses for children at Aquacentrum Teplice are designed to make the lessons fun and safe , while leading to real improvement in swimming skills. Children learn to swim under the guidance of experienced instructors, we work on the correct technique, eliminating fear of water and supporting healthy physical development. The lessons take place in a modern renovated area, mainly in a recreational pool with water at a temperature of 33 °C, and partly in a swimming pool.
Beginners course
The course is designed for children aged 4-7 who are just getting to know the water. The lessons are taught in a fun way with an emphasis on learning basic skills – breathing into the water, floating, kicking and first attempts at swimming movements.
Basic information:
- Age: 4–7 years
- Date: Tuesday or Thursday afternoon
- Length: 10 lessons × 60 minutes
- Course price: 2,000 CZK
- Lecturer team: Mgr. Stanislava Hajná, Ing. Michael Paraska, Eva Kropáčková Nácovská, Ing. Anna Parasková, Vladimír Šedivý
- The course does not take place on public holidays, vacations and regular shutdowns.
Advanced course
The course is designed for children who already have basic swimming skills and want to develop them further. The lessons focus on improving technique, endurance, orientation in the water and coordination of movement. Children gradually learn the basics of individual swimming styles.

- Date: Tuesday or Thursday afternoon (from 5:15 p.m.)
- Length: 10 lessons × 60 minutes
- Course price: 2,000 CZK
- Lecturer team: Mgr. Stanislava Hajná, Ing. Michael Paraska, Eva Kropáčková Nácovská, Ing. Anna Parasková, Vladimír Šedivý

Certificate of Competence
The Teplice Swimming School is a full member of the Association of Swimming Schools of the Czech Republic , which guarantees a high standard of teaching, professional qualifications of instructors, and compliance with strict hygiene and safety rules.
Thanks to membership in the association, the lessons are conducted in accordance with the legislation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and school educational programs. Instructors regularly undergo training and verification of professional competence in the field of safety and teaching children swimming.
This certificate confirms that the swimming school meets all requirements for high-quality and safe swimming instruction for children and youth.
